Bait and switch company here. I called on this truck and they told me they had it. When I arrived they told me it just sold a 1/2 hr ago but magically was not on the lot. Then they tried to push another a 1500 on me when he knew I was specifically looking for a 2500.
I worked with Angel on my transaction. His service was superior as compared to most car sales people. I was very impressed with his attention to detail. He answered every question that I had and made sure that I was well taken care of the entire time we were working together. If you are going to buy a car or truck from Sonia's Auto sales, make sure you ask for Angel.
Got calls from two different sales people from this dealer telling me to go see them and not the other and each have two different addresses. Lost all trust that the vehicle was even there. Based on this and other bad reviews, I never went to the dealer.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Talked to the manager a day in advance and he didn’t know what day it was. Told me to come to look at the car and when I got there after driving an hour the first thing I see is the car with a sold sign on it. They told me that wasn’t the car and showed me 2 other cars that clearly weren’t the car I saw online. They tried giving me a paper to fill out to check my credit, I crumpled it up and walked away. Never responded. After I finally managed to set up an appointment to see the car they sold it without ever telling me
Tony was very nice and helpful. Original car was sold and he sent me two others that fit. The only reason for 4 stars was that there was a lack of paperwork with the car and absolutely no info on the evo’s “mystery mods” (not necessarily his fault) when it was advertised with no mods except exhaust. he kept telling me it was “the cleanest evo he’s seen” while there was a 500% cleaner one in their showroom.
