Absolutely terrible. Uninvolved. No follow through. No updates. Called the office over 5 times to get results which I needed a medication for. NO ONE provided. That turned into a trip to the emergency room, 106 fever, and a much bigger problem. It wouldn't have occured if she did her job properly two weeks prior or responded to any calls and voicemails. No one should go here. I'd give her and this office negative stars if I could.

Best doctor ever she delivered both of my babies and I’m going to miss her because she’s retiring I don’t know who to go to anymore she’s the nicest/best doctor

Was in a unique situation. Had to change OBGYNs in my last trimester, at 37 weeks. When I saw Dr. Sonia Zarate-Navarro, she treated me as if I had just found out I was pregnant. She handed me pamphlet of what to expect while pregnant. She did not check to see if I was dialated, she would not allow me to get an ultrasound. (I hadn't had one in months, due to changing doctors) Very upsetting, did not feel comfortable allowing her to deliver my baby. She told me I would not go I to labor early. She was wrong.
