Dr. Garcia is amazing!! I wrote her on my patient portal on a Saturday afternoon & she replied to me that Saturday night! I personally have not had an issue with scheduling or calling reception…mostly all of them are delightful!! (I had one issue, but it was resolved quickly.) I never wait for an appointment as the nurse practitioners are so strong too. While she seems to be an excellent dr, her office staff is horrible. In addition you have 2 wait 2 mos for an appointment!! A person could be dead by then. If you call the office they’re phone system does not work & when I does the staff doesn’t answer. Save yourself frustration & find another Dr.
