My realtor Sonia Ponce helped me obtain a perfect investment property in the Westchase area & Im super happy about it! We were able to close in 30 days and have such a great rate! I can’t thank her enough for finding us the perfect structure to build my real state portfolio, shes attentive and always on top of the real state game, can’t wait for her to find our next investment home!

Sonia was a great negotiator in a multiple offer scenario! By her going the extra mile not only did he get the house but also walked in with $15,000 in equity! Highly recommend working with her.

Sonia was a great communicator and an efficient agent throughout our transaction. I would definitely work with her again.
