I am extremely disappointed with Soni Interiors. Despite multiple attempts to communicate and resolve issues with their service, my concerns were ignored or inadequately addressed. I have detailed records of messages and calls documenting my experience, and yet the company did not respond in a professional or timely manner. Their lack of accountability and follow-through makes it very difficult to trust their services.
