Songtsen Gampo is a very welcoming center. I very much enjoyed my visit there last week. It is a beautiful space with a great energy and I felt at home. Ani Palmo lead a powerful meditation. She also gave an insightful and inspiring Dharma talk. I look forward to attending more events at the center. Check it out!
I've had the good fortune to attend a course led by Ani-Palmo Rybicki. Ani's thorough, traditional background in Tibetan Buddhism, combined with her fresh, approachable way of relating to meditation practice and to Buddhist teachings, make her an ideal ambassador for Buddhism in the West.

I was fortunate enough to teach a program at the Songtsen Gampo Center last year. Ani Palmo is a jewel - tough and demanding, plus gentle, humorous and kind. And the students were absolutely wonderful - dedicated and giving - I had a wonderful time. If you’re looking to connect with a genuine Tibetan Buddhist tradition, you should check this out.
