I checked in late and they announce the AC compressor is out in that room after a 92 degree day in the desert. It was a stagnant 84 degrees in the room. They could have aired it out as temperatures dropped in the evening to help up out. We sweltered through the night and got little sleep. Who should ever have to put up with that or for that matter pay for it. No accommodation offered. Avoid this place. Pathetic.
I was so impressed with my stay at Sonesta. The staff was so on point. Bryant the manager was so accomidating and made us feel so welcomed. Not to mention Kenya at the front desk. She was very kind and knowledge and has excellent customer service skills. Even my short interaction with housekeeping was so pleasant. I would recommend staying here 100%. Thank you to the entire team for making me feel so welcomed and at home.
I arrived later than anticipated and was so happy to be greeted by Tammy-Kay! She is such a delightful woman, kind, & exceptionally helpful. She explained everything to me as I was unsure of where my room was and ensured I had a convenient ground floor room to make it easier for me with my healing broken foot. There was someone with heavy feet in the room above me but I was honestly so tired at night I fell right to sleep.
