When the hotel next-door couldn’t honor my reservation I came here to see if they had any rooms available. Thankfully, they did for the weekend. I actually ended up spending less money and got what I think was a better room. The room was clean. The beds were comfy. I did not really use any of the amenities in the kitchen. The staff was friendly check-in process was smooth. The location is great with a lot to do around. I have no complaints and I would stay here again
This facility was probably good when new but is showing its age. The rooms are clean but dark and drab. It appears to be a favorite for transient construction workers. The location is good. The TV service is unreliable with cable channels fading in and out and sometimes, unavailable. The appliances are old but serviceable.
I stayed at Sonesta Simply Suites for nearly six weeks while caregiving for a family member. On a positive note, the hotel is located across the street from the Honor Health Scottsdale/Shea and two blocks from the Ironwood cancer center. There are several restaurants, grocery stores and other services in the immediate vicinity. Also on a positive note was the large desk area in the room which made remote work relatively comfortable.
