I had a great time staying here during a workshop I attended in the area. I was a little worried that it might be run down or feel sketchy (I went as a lone female), but I never felt unsafe. I loved having a kitchenette and a larger fridge for the food items I brought. You can ask for various kitchen items you might need at the front desk.
