Overall, pretty solid for the price. Pros: -Friendly and efficient staff -Decent location to walking to the Sphere -Clean -Working AC Cons: -Hallways and rooms smell a little weird -Shower is strong enough to feel like sandpaper -Lighting and long hallways feel like The Backrooms Overall, not bad for the price!
I received exceptional service from front desk agents TOYA, MARY & RUBY!! My check in was seamless, Toya was very welcoming and extremely resourceful with amenities and way finding. Mary assisted me access to the gym and in house appliances. Ruby was wonderful with my checkout and ensuring my deposit was returned. My room was CLEAN, my floor was quiet and I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you ladies!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Outstanding customer service and the most comfortable beds ever! The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a fully equipped kitchen. Plus, it's just a convenient 12 minute drive from the Strip. Highly recommend!
