Horrible experience. The roaches crawling on the walls, in the bathroom and kitchen area were too much for me. The front desk assigning a guest a room that was already occupied was wild. The body wash container was empty. The smell of urine in the second floor hallway was horrible. The kicker was the bed bug that made its way past my son’s face. I shook all my clothes out, repacked and left immediately. Just absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I want my damn money back.
Room smells like smoke. No dishes to use in a room that supposed to have a full kitchenette. Very disappointed .
Listen to me when I say “DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL”!!! The pictures attach are just a few examples to why this hotel is not good. DIRTY, RUN DOWN, & BAD SERVICE!! No disrespect to those that’s living in there. But not even they should be dealing with that. The front desk tells us we had the best suite in the building. Just to walk into stains all over the walls, hair on the walls, floor and ceiling is crazy. Crack floors and stains that look like feces or whatever.
