I had a pleasant time at this hotel Dee Willie is by the best receptionist there He made sure everything I needed was provided asap.

Came in from out of town couldn’t check in until 4:30pm!! I left! And then checkout time is 11am ridiculous! I was tired from driving all day! And had to drive more to look for another hotel to rest, And could not check in until 4:30pm so I went to another extended stay hotel. Plus there is homeless guys that hang out in the back, by the first floor windows not safe! And did not see no security. The area is bad to not have security or bright lighting in the back of the hotel. Never again.

I would strongly caution guests about the customer service at this property, particularly when dealing with Front Desk Manager Alisha Camp. During my three-night stay for a family wedding, my room was missing an iron. When I went to the front desk for help, Ms. Camp was extremely rude, condescending, dismissive, and unwelcoming. What should have been a simple request for a basic room amenity turned into an unnecessarily uncomfortable interaction.
