Great location to stay overnight if you have an early morning flight leaving out of RDU airport. They provide shuttle bus free of charge to airport. If you are traveling by car, you can leave your car at hotel but you have to make arrangements when you make your hotel reservations.
Nothing but positive things to say. Its not the most modern luxurious hotel. But its modern, clean, quite and well kept. easy access to I-40. The price is very reasonable for this level of comfort
I’m a travel journalist and have stayed at hotels around the world. I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review about a hotel before but feel that this one is just wildly misrepresented—it advertises having a cafe which is nonexistent. There is no breakfast, no amenities, our carpet was dirty, and we found a cockroach in our room. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason (firefighters never came). Our group was even told that the hotel was out of pillows 😂😭
The rooms are outdated and small. Service is subpar. I requested fresh linen and for bed to changed and only bags of linen were left outside the door. Dirty linen was not removed. And the afternoon/evening staff had attitude even when approached politely. Location is convenient though, super close to airport.
