Not great for the price. I was in adjoining king & double suites, for reference. Both rooms are poorly designed and maintained, and management dgaf. Check-in took about 45mins because they'd helpfully deleted my reservation, and apparently separate rooms set up entirely separate reservations to delete, which is … certainly a decision somebody made. Lots of issues at this place. The online photos are misleading. -the front desk rarely has anyone attending it. -the overall atmosphere was dark, and in need of a renovation. -we never saw any staff while we were there, other than checking-in (where there was only one person). -room air conditioner runs but is very loud, like a freight train, -the rooms are very basic, and not worth the price that Sonesta is asking for.
