The service from the staff is very good, the room is normal, very clean, although the sink drain was a bit clogged and took a while to empty. The breakfast should be a bit more varied; it was just coffee, some pastries (muffin or croissant), and cereal.
I recently stayed at this Sonesta Hotel in Torrance, CA. I stayed in a king room and had a balcony overlooking the pool area. I usually stay by LAX, but decided to stay in a more local area. There are numerous dining, shopping, and gym options minutes away via car. This hotel is right off of Route 405 south and only 10 miles from LAX.
