I had an outstanding experience at the Sonesta in El Segundo, and a huge part of that was thanks to Donna Mills, the General Manager. Donna truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard, valued, and taken care of. She was incredibly helpful at the front desk, attentive to every detail, and handled everything with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Absolutely amazing experience with this hotel! Great location for food, beach days and right next to the airport! also really affordable. The rooms were nice and very clean and the staff were so helpful and kind! truely made my cali experience!! I highly reccomend!!
Not a big experience
Great stay. Best of the best, Cedric on the night shift!!!! He helped us with the fridge, getting ourselves set up with the parking app and get ourselves on our way. People make the difference and Cedric is definitely one of those you do remember. We’ll be back in the hotel in few days. Hoping Cedric can set up all the rooms for our together and take care of a few boxes we’ll deliver!!!
My stay here was short-lived, but that time couldn't have been any better. Before my reservation began Mary was lovely to work with, she accommodated all my needs as did Jordan at the front desk. If I'm ever in the area I would absolutely stay here again. 10/10 for location, cleanliness and accommodations and hospitality, thank you!
