Rooms are showing age but well cared for. Staff is friendly and helpful.
I purchased a refundable room (room + refundable fee). I needed to change my plans and they rejected my request saying it wasn’t valid and just kept my money despite me not being able to stay. Trash
Terrible rooms are drab way overpriced and they took more money than what was discussed or agreed upon
I recently stayed 3 night at The Sonesta in Summerlin /Las Vegas. I booked a single King Bed room. It was clean and comfortable. My only complaints are I requested a Handicapped room as I recently had knee surgery. They gave me a room that had no hand rails in the bathroom or shower..the toilet was very low the shower had no seating and no handheld shower head. I did call the office and they brought me a shower chair but I really would of preferred a handicap room. They offer a coffee maker and coffee but no bottled water an... read more
