I recently stayed here and was really disappointed by the cleanliness of my room. I discovered multiple tiny reddish-brown bugs moving around the bathroom near the shower, I even have a video showing several of them crawling along the walls. They were unidentified, very small insects, which makes it even more concerning since they could potentially spread or infest luggage and personal belongings, resulting in thousands of dollars worth of belongings ruined. I needed to stay here for an unexpected time, which turned out to be over a month. I have traveled extensively so I have more hotel guest experience than the average person. I must say, this location has the most friendly, helpful staff I have ever experienced. Just a wonderful group of people and a level of assistance that goes far above and beyond expectations. The hotel may not be five star but the staff is definitely five star. I will absolutely return to this location again because of the wonderful people.

DO NOT STAY HERE – SCAMMERS, ROACHES, AND INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT Don’t be fulled by the Sonesta brand name. This place is a scam. If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. I booked this hotel for my family visiting from abroad for my fiancée and I’s engagement party, which turned into an absolute nightmare because of this hotel’s incompetence and dishonesty.
