Based on previous reviews and my own experience, this place has a SERIOUS roach problem that the management REFUSES to fix. Room was unclean and the AC put out air that smelled like urine. Stay away and don’t give these people more money please. Unacceptable, this place should be shut down or sued until they fix the issue.

I need a Mobility Accessible Room with Tub that has a seat cross the tub and a hand held shower wand and that is what my reservation has plus I add a note that says if not available, then I need to cancel. First time in June 2026 Tues n Wed nite, NO room with accessible tub, then they found one with a "broken refrig" which I accepted. Actually the AC did not work - lost in translation ??? I was extremely disgusted. The room had not been cleaned—used towels were left in the bathroom, and there were mysterious stains on the bedding. On top of that, the room was completely uncleaned, and to my absolute horror, there was a strange baby doll hidden behind the curtains.

Rooms are old and outdated. They need a consultant to tell them how to set up the rooms. The outside is horrible. Pebbles from the garden are all over the side walk and entry. Even get into the foyer. They’ve been there for days. Elevators dirty and unattended. The owners have given up. I’ve been to other sonesta, this one is an embarrassment.
