They advertise an indoor pool, but the tiny pool is used by a swim school from 9am to 9pm every day. You literally cannot swim here. The instructor will declare you are welcome, and then point you towards one corner, with room to neither swim nor play. The pool room is gross and hot as well, and the water is murky and feels like a warm bath. In addition, the room smelled so strongly of chemicals it triggered my asthma. We were welcomed by Brittany. She was kind, efficient and made the check in process a breeze. After traveling for a wedding with 2 kids and a baby. My husband and I really appreciated her professionalism. We’ve had check in times literally take an hour. At the Sonesta this was not the case! Brittany made sure everything was processed in a timely manner. Ensuring a seamless transition for a tired traveling family. Facilities and room was clean and accommodating. But the star of the Sonesta is behind the front desk!
