I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not clean at all. The bedsheets were visibly stained, the bathroom had hair all over the bathtub, and the furniture was dirty. We reported the issue immediately after checking in, around 10 PM. Unfortunately, the front desk staff informed us that it was not possible to change rooms and that no cleaning staff was available at that time. I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bedsheets were dirty, and the bathtub and toilet had hair and visible dirt stains. It was honestly very unpleasant. When I asked to switch rooms, I was told that nothing could be done they couldn’t clean it, offer another room, or provide any kind of refund or discount for the inconvenience. Not a bad experience just surprised. From the start felt like no one was really working there. The first floor hallway of rooms was under construction and I mean fully under construction as in there was no ceiling you saw pipes and wires, and there was plastic on the floor. Then the elevator was out of service, and we could hear what sounded like banging and machinery going on like they were working on room. Absolutely a nightmare. The website is completely misleading. No restaurant...no breakfast...elevators out of service. Full blown construction zone to get to our room. Cold first floor...no heat. No room service for anything!! I called for a pillow,sheets and blankets. Their response... come get em!! There's no hot tub. Cemented over the spot where it was. No towels at the pool. We walked down to the lobby for breakfast....empty room! I asked where breakfast was served. Oh we don't have breakfast!!
