Rooms may or may not be clean when you arrive, and don't think about asking for a room refresh, as you will not receive it, you will only be handed towels and sheets and told to clean them yourself. Would not recommend with all of the other hotels in the area.
My wife has stayed in this hotel over 20 times for work trips and this time she happened to have lost her ID. The guy Micheal at the front desk refused to let her check in even though she had a photo. Didn’t offer a refund and basically told her good luck. Absolutely insane. We used to always recommend this place but not anymore.
Kayla at the front desk was amazing. So kind and considerate. She helped us store our luggage when we arrived early and then processed our check in expeditiously. She even helped us find the bus to the Braves game and where to go to get to the mall! It’s amazing how people can make your stay that much better. 5 star service!
