Cons. I’m so mad. They advertise a restaurant, there isn’t one. They advertise a bar, there isn’t one. Parking is $12 a night, no where mentioned or advertised. They advertise cook to order breakfast, that does not exist. They opted not to do breakfast today. And even if they had, it would’ve been microwaved. Starbucks signs advertised, closed and unavailable. Advertise queen beds, they are doubles. Broken toilet in room, have to repair it after every flush. DO NOT STAY HERE
Rooms were well kept and clean but wasn't initially well stocked with bathroom towels until requested. However staff filled request immediately.
Service was great but the rooms were a no go. The room had a bad smell of stale water or mildew smell. The shower had hairs in it from the previous people who had stayed in the room. So I’d say housekeeping doesn’t clean the bathrooms to well. Beds seemed to be clean for the most part. Locations great but don’t count on a clean room. Maybe it was just our luck as we know, it’s always a gamble with an unfamiliar hotel.
Un hotel simple pero me gustó para pasar unos días. Súper bien ubicado si van a ver algún juego de baseball. Súper cerca del estadio. Nada de lujo pero limpio, buen precio y con amplio estacionamiento gratuito.
This is a very nice hotel convenient to the ballpark and a lot of the office buildings around here. If booked through Google, the prices are pretty good. I knocked them down one star because when I booked, it said that I would get free parking, but instead they’re charging $12 per night.
