The hotel staff at the Sonesta Atlanta Northwest Marietta - The Battery location drop the ball with my reservation that was booked with a group. Their phones were done the day I was coming in from St. Louis when I tried to notify them that I will be checking in after midnight. Because my room was booked with a group, my room cost should have been paid for. Well…they canceled my hotel room. Someone did not do their job right nor wanted to take accountability. The rooms have no microwave, fridge is very small.
Balconies are sealed up, which was disappointing, but still very nice to stay at. Staff was all amazing.
