I had a very disappointing experience with this property regarding both communication and billing accuracy. My reservation was originally for two weeks. Prior to my departure, I specifically asked whether an early check-out would be approved and whether a refund would apply for the unused nights. I was informed that early check-out was approved. Based on that approval, I checked out accordingly. However, after departure, the hotel reversed that approval and charged me for six additional nights beyond my early check-out date.... read more
