Front desk was extremely difficult to deal with. Hallways freezing. Elevators freezing. Pool freezing (and not just normal cold pool temps, literally freezing!). Hot tub barely bath water temperature. No towels. Had to go get a towel, got 1. So when you got out of pool to dry off, you had no choice but to wear wet towel up to room through freezing elevator & hallway or walk to front desk for a swap, which they ran out, was washing, etc. Slide not working- would have to pay resort taxes if slide was working, so dont plan on i... read more

Glen and Thalia were not only personable but respectful and gracious! They checked us in with ease and accommodated every need we had. We love this place for the bar and pool. If I’m not staying in a $400 room downtown, I’m staying here!

My son turned 9 today it’s his birthday. The pool is over max compaction due to a birthday party. He also threw up all over the floor we called front desk and were told we have to clean it. That’s fine but I’d like to know in a room meant for 4 people with absolutely nothing but 2 towels how the hell am I going to clean throw up?! Ridiculous! No towels in the pool area. If you’re coming for the hot tub spa don’t waste your time 1 jet works in it. Literally the worst hotel service I’ve had yet.
