This was our first time staying in the area. I had booked a family suite overlooking the pool. There is no in room microwave which would have significantly helped our stay. There was 1 and 1/4 roll of toilet paper when we checked in. There were only 2 towels stocked… again, for the family suite. We received no service during our 3 night stay. Quite honestly the only positive thing about our stay with the night front desk man that worked 03/31/26 near 5 PM. I regret not catching his name. He deserves 5 stars. This hotel howev... read more
