The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable.
Good service provided by the company
This is the most disgusting place for a "hotel" that I have ever seen. There are bed bugs, filth, drugs, and who knows what else. I asked the manager for her name but she refused to give it to me. She also refused to give me the name of the owner so that I could contact him. The nightly charge changes from day to day, raising your fee to whatever they want. My friend had her credit card charged twice for the same night on more than one occasion. This place is dishonest and needs to be condemned.
I booked with Sonesta through VRBO in March. The event we were going to be attending was shutdown due to the COVID-19 issues. Sonesta would not refund our Money and even though we tried for two days to get through to them. They would not answer the phone. I would not book anything with them and would not consider them for any future business. Spend your time and money using someone who isn't out to take your money and run.

It was a nice clean motel and the staffing was very accommodating.
Americas best living up to their name! Room was clean, Property was clean, and they had travel info inside which I always love seeeing
Very comfortable stay! It was really nice, the rooms were clean an the people at the office are very friendly, I also enjoyed the pizza next door. I would definitely stay here again.
For the price you pay here, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Lincoln. A bargain I've stayed here several times and really like it.
