Good location in Plainfield indiana, right near the airport 10-15 minutes from Indianapolis. The room was clean, everything worked, pool was open. This hotel has been open for about 10 years, I have stayed here numerous times in the past. It used to be called The Best Western Plus Atrea Breakfast was decent to good, variety was somewhat limited on the hot food. This is one area I feel could use a bit of improvement Overall a good value for the money, I will stay here again

i checked in around 3 pm around 9 after i got off work someone literally had keys to my room and tried to come in !! The front desk said my room showed available and gave someone else keys … very disappointed/ worst experience! no accountability either just told me if i’m uncomfortable i could check out …

By far the worst customer service I've ever run into. After booking then driving cross country for a funeral the front desk lady lied and said Expedia cancelled our reservation. Upon investigation we found her to be the one to cancel my reservation simply due to laziness. This is highly unacceptable behavior from an "adult". Go across the street to Quality! They have fantastic customer service, honest and dependable staff, cheaper rates, clean rooms and a pool. To be treated as a subhuman then stick with Sonesta. Don't say I... read more

Clean rooms, quiet, safe and well maintained. A little dated here and there, but the super friendly staff, and $$bang for the buck$$, overshadow all that. We’ve stayed here twice, for a total of 14 days, and we’ll definitely stay again. Shout out to Laren, Barry and Lisa for making us feel appreciated and welcome!!
