Thanks for the early check-in! I'd been up practically all night and really needed it!
My room was not clean trash on carpet had not been vacuumed. The bed cover had stains on them Sofia the comforter. Pillow cases hat burnt spots from cigarettes. The room had an odor. The first floor looked nice but the 3rd floor was not the elevator doors didn’t want to open I was afraid I was going to get stuck in it. I will not go back it needs slit of work.
I'm sorry to say, this place should be closed down. From the parking lot to the exterior of the building I knew I was in trouble. When I walked in the couple ahead of me was asking to cancel the reservation, to which the front desk person responded "there are no cancellations". I quickly spoke with them and asked what was wrong. They were disgusted with their room and lack of cleanliness throughout the hotel and specifically in their room.
