I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. When I arrived, I found hair in multiple areas of the room and noticeable stains that made it seem like it hadn’t been properly cleaned before my stay. A clean room is the bare minimum guests should expect, and unfortunately, this hotel did not meet that standard. I stayed here for two nights starting July 1st 2026. The air conditioning in the lobby was completely broken. The staff looked like they were about to die from heat exhaustion. I stayed in room 309. The thermostat in the room was stuck on the coldest setting possible, it felt like a meat locker, no happy medium between the lobby and the room. This Place is Amazing And The Customer Service as well Rooms Were Nice and Neat As Well As Comfortable Perfect place for family to just go and relax , They Accommodate breakfast as well and Have wonderful meals There’s a worker Named Leslie Who Was Always so Attentive and And very helpful with whatever we needed throughout our entire stay which made my trip even more amazing I would like to thank Sonesta for an amazing time but personally would like to thank Leslie for making my stay for me and my children extra Pleasant
