These people act with class and are extremely friendly. No harassment to get out of the room on time or threats. They act as people in hospitality should and in Delaware, unless you’re at a high- end hotel, I find that to be rare! Incidentals are high but were returned to my Card the very next day after check out!
A spacious and clean place. Free breakfast and I think the price is right.

Absolutely DUMP! I have stayed at numerous Sonesta Hotels and they have all been pretty nice. This location should be closed down and revamped ASAP. First room smelled of mold, couch was filthy, someone's glasses were in the pull out bed. (We arrived at midnight and tried to settle in quickly... that failed) Second room. Couch still dirty. Tissue stuck in. Peephole as closure was broken. The kitchen floor was literally soggy and failing. The linoleum had a huge tear in it.
