The room we were in was the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever had. Water heater only worked one morning out of the 48ish hours we were there. Staff was nice. Breakfast was so cheap it wasn’t edible which is a corporate issue and not a local staff issue. Would recommend going elsewhere.
If you want to get scammed and charged an extra $30 for early checking fee and another extra $5 for parking while being offered a room with cockroaches and rats this is your hotel. Otherwise stay away from them, they have manipulative practices, the most manipulative one that requires investigation from BBB , I'm looking into is the 4:00 p.m. check-in , literally no other hotel has a 4:00 p.m. check in . Unfortunately have to give this hotel a 1 star. We read the reviews but thought we would give it a shot. We checked in quickly and the front desk was nice and helpful. But the rooms were nasty. The sofa bed was unusable partly because it was disgusting (see photo) and also because there were no sheets or pillows for it. We signed a paper that we would not smoke in the room yet the room smelled like smoke when we walked in. We did not sleep a wink because it was too hot despite putting the AC all the way down.
