I stayed at Sonesta in Dec 2025.OMG everything is best in that place except the front desk staff Sara. She has such an attitude. She is literally has no respect towards customers. I stayed there for a weekend. Everytime I pass thru that front desk I felt so ill treated.. She has issue with colored people. She wouldn't hand out any information I asked for. Very relaxed setting. At first I wondered why this location? Now I know. Quiet hideaway.
Best place to stay no matter if its short or a longer stay. I was skeptical about the cleanliness of the room after reading all the comments online. I thought its going to be stinky and dirty furnitures as per the online reviews. But they surprised me with their super clean, best service. All furniture's are new, mattress is very comfortable, pull out sofa is very spacious. Room service is topnotch. They serve the the yummy hot complimentary breakfast 7 to 9. After traveling around the U.S. for a month, we got tired of eating out, so we booked this room with a kitchen. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were incredibly kind. Thank you, Angel and Cassie. We will definitely stay here again next time.
