The suite was very clean and incredibly spacious! Guest services were quick and easy, and we had no issues whatsoever. The location is excellent, with plenty of great dining options nearby. Breakfast was good as well! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.
Came upon this Sonesta ES by accident after a bad deal with vacasa & casago through vrbo. So happy we found this place because it was perfect. We ate breakfast there every morning and my boys played basketball daily on site. The pool is slightly small but sufficient. Rooms were great. Staff went above and beyond! There is a laundry room that we used which was helpful. We walked to dinner, ice cream and pharmacy several days. 100% recommend
The Sonesta Paradise Valley Hotel is absolutely a wonderful place to vacation. The buffet breakfast is excellent, the rooms are always cleaned on time and the hotel staff couldnt be any more hospitable. I give this hotel five stars and would give it more if I could.
Good place to go to in Arizona, nice place and spacious room
I have to say this experience with the hotel Sonesta was very pleasant. I had a trouble travel experience with LAX and TSA I missed my flight. So when I arrived at Sonesta a day after my check-in. William clerk at Sonesta assisted me with rebooking my room without a hitch. The room was super clean and all amenities surrounding the hotel were great. Thanks again!
