Extremely disappointed in our experience here. We had a team member traveling from Colorado to Arizona who needed a place to rest after a long haul. The reservation was already booked and confirmed in advance, yet he was still turned away at the front desk. The owner of our company even called to address the situation, but the representative was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. I had a confirmed reservation for my employee at this hotel, but they refused to honor it when he arrived. Despite having a valid company credit card for payment, the front desk staff would not allow him to check in, claiming they needed a credit card authorization form. When I called to resolve the issue and offered to send the authorization form immediately, the front desk agent was extremely rude and unhelpful.
