I just want to say a big thank you to Mr. Omar for helping us with the check-in after our flight delay and unexpected overnight stay. The room was perfect — spacious and comfortable like a suite. The front desk team also gave us a very warm welcome, which made a stressful travel situation much easier. Really appreciate the kindness and professionalism. Thank you!

Booked a queen bedroom suite with a bay view from the website. The website was not Sonesta's, but was deceitful enough to make me believe it was. When I checked in, I was put in a Freeway facing room that I did not choose. I brought this to the manager's attention and informed him that I had selected a different room with a bay view when I booked the room. Please, save yourself a trip, do not book here! It was my worst hotel stay so far. First of all there are 2 sonestas next to each other and it is very confusing to know which one it which, unless you know the area. Booked it with the pool being one of the desired amenities. It turned out it is seasonal and closed for the season. It was not noted anywhere on Expedia site I booked through.
