Well after traveling all day it’s great to book a room drop our stuff off and come back and want to chill in the hottub that’s been out of service when we booked here because I wanted to kick back in a hot tub. No signs up or anything just rude staff saying no access yet everything looked fine. Also good luck with working Internet service could not even run Netflix without buffering ended up having to use my cellphone as a hotspot.
Clean. Many useful amenities. Decent area.
Rooms were ok, trash wasn't taken out when we checked in. Parking at night is a nightmare, people parked in the red everywhere.
The best hotel I ever stayed at me and my kids were there for 6 months and when I say it was the best 6 months of our life's the staff are all so kind , loving and very welcoming the rooms was beautiful the view is everything! I'm so grateful for Sonesta it felt like a family and I'm going to miss them dearly. Thank you so much for the hospitality. God bless you all
