I stayed at the Sonesta ES Central from July 10–13, 2025, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The condition of the room was extremely disappointing. The couch was heavily stained—so much so that I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on it. The carpet was worn and discolored, with some areas appearing almost black from age or dirt. Bad: 1. Our bed seemed like a full, listed as a queen, but w/e. 2. They asked us bring our used towls to get new ones. 3. Our first room smelled weed, and we don't smoke. To their credit, they changed our room to another one. That room smelled better. 4. The exhaust in the room didnt work. We got a suite, so it had two bathrooms... one had a working exhaust fan. 5.
