At first glance, this hotel seemed like a great choice—it had the feel of a small personal apartment, which I loved. The price and location were definitely pros, and I appreciated that the appliances worked well. My main issue with this particular Sonesta Suites in Dallas Texas off of Central Expressway is that they do not return deposits! Must be a sort of scam that is being run by the employees at this Sonesta suites. They ask for a 100 dollar deposit which they hold and seen to not release back into your account! Through research it seems as though I'm not the only victim and they do this quite often! I haven't contacted the police as of yet but that will be my next mode of action!
Entire place smells of weed and full of shady characters. We were robbed within two nights of staying there. No CCTV.
PLEASE BE AWARE HERE!!!!! WE GOT ROBBED. OUR TRUCK HAS BEEN BUSTED OPEN ON THE WINDOW. WE LOST A LOT OF IMPORTANT THINGS, THIS HAPPEN YESTERDAY. PLEASE BE CAREFUL THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE CCTV WHERE WE PARKED. Note! They try to steal our truck too. ALSO SMELLS WEED ALL OVER HERE. NO TOILETRIES, NO DISHWASHING SOAP ETC. Jon checked us in with friendly, quick efficiency and gave helpful info for parking and nearby food. We got a suite which boasted 3 spacious rooms- 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and a living area. Each bedroom had a bathroom, and there was a middle living room with a kitchen, desk, couch and TV.
