First room - ac was broken and fire Alarm was ripped off the ceiling…. Safety concern Second room the electric didn’t work at all. Third room - no soap, no shower curtain, no towels. Towel bar was hanging off the wall, there was a cigarette butt in the sink…. Would not recommend. The front desk woman was very nice and apologetic so 10/10 for her as it’s not her fault. Everything else 1/10 Does seem as if it’s cleaned but sheets were stained and room smelt as if there was smoking.
The hotel is nice. There was a few issues that I had. First the room was really nice, nice kitchen, and nice bed room. However the blanks on the bed were very thin and did not keep me warm the first night and I had to ask for another blanket. The bathroom was nice but needs more light. It was hard to shower with the low light. Neither of my phone were working. I told the lady at the desk but nobody came to fix it. The kitchen was stocked well but no coffee. Would not recommend this hotel. I ended up staying in a room that had a water leak that had been there for quite some time as there was mold on the ceiling in the bedroom. The water leak ended up ruining my son’s stuffed animal as it was found on the ground wet.
This place was absolutely disgusting, full of fleas , smelled moldy, shit on walls nasty furniture, hair everywhere and no tv remotes , toilet was disgusting, used soap in shower , would not recommend it at all!
We stayed here for a cheer competition as it was part of a “stay and play” hotel. I am begging you, please DO NOT STAY HERE! I stayed here with my 9 year old daughter and I was scared for my safety. Cops on the property nightly, zero security, no secure lobby to enter-you just walk up a flight of stairs anyone can use. People just live here permanently as their residence. Also, rooms were DISGUSTING! Cockroaches, doors that do not securely lock, no house keeping. Our room had a broken television and no light in the bathroom.... read more
