Friendly and Professional staff!! Great for families traveling for Navy graduation! Close to restaurants and shopping areas. Very centered to Gurnee mills mall, Navy base and train station to Chicago.

Rooms are clean and the staff is wonderful!! They don't have a shuttle, they do have people that users. She is reasonable and very pleasant.

So came from Cincinnati for boot camp graduation. We kept getting locked out cause there magnet strips were not working. We continuously had to go to the front office for 3 days. When I checked in they told me there was a $100 animal deposit fee that I would get back on my card depending on my bank. 3-5 business days ect....found out 2 weeks later im not getting my deposit fee back..even though I was told that from a gentlemen when we checked in..... They obviously have not been well trained...

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Sonesta ES Suites Waukegan Gurnee. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was central to everywhere we needed to be for Navy boot camp graduation. And we were able to get a room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is not the most up to date accommodations but everything was clean and in working order. The only issue we had was with the room keys. They kept getting demagnetized. If it was placed too close to a phone or charging plate it erased. It was not difficult to replace th... read more
