5 pillows in here and if youre a back sleeper bring your own. your neck hurts before you close your eyes. a hotel should understand how pillows work, and the difference between side sleeping pillows and back sleeping. folding up a sweater for tonight. do better sonesta
Simply put the ONLY reason I’d recommend this motel is because KENT was nice! Other than that RUN!!! The entire hotel is a mess. The doors to the entry way (front desk) didn’t work. The halls were dirty (the walls, the carpet was torn and old and dirty and full of leaves and trash on the floor) we were put in the back of the hotel. Walk in and the rooms literally look NOTHING like the ones advertised. The floor wasn’t swept or mopped and there were sticky stains on the floor . Very nice and wonderful staff
To be fair, I have not stayed at this hotel, and that is why I’m writing this review. My son is currently in Navy boot camp near this location. I booked a room for my wife, daughter, and myself so we could attend his graduation. However, his entire division had their graduation date moved back by one week. When we called the hotel to request either a refund or simply to move the reservation to the new date, we were told no.
