Very accommodating. Front office staff was amazing. I wish I had gotten her name but she had a New York accent. She was very professional and very tourist friendly. She recommended a nice little hidden Jem restaurant and it was amazing

I don’t even have the energy to fully address my review at this point, because the front desk lady assumes that she can take her day out on my husband the moment we desired to change our room because it had NO hot water. Shouldn’t be a big deal right, no instead just even asking turned into us “being too much for housekeeping” . Everything was great until we noticed roaches. We understood that it happens so we decided to just kill them. At least 10 bugs later. If they sprayed for roaches and more breakfast options they would be a 4.5. The room came with fireplace and it was so nice to have. Iris was the best. She had the best personality and was welcoming. If not for I would not be in a rush to come back. I can't wait to return and to see Mrs. Iris again.
