Cody Holstine helps quite a lot with our house at Sonesta lot 120. He took care of many issues even after closing. It was such a pleasure to work with him.
We had a great experience with Cody Holstein at DR Horton building our brand new home at Sonesta neighborhood (Lot 40) in Knoxville. The place has a huge backyard and has views overlooking the mountains. Everything on the construction side was well taken care of by Cody. Very prompt and responsive to every question we had and swiftly addressing any issues that arose. Very happy with the home
Sonesta, Lot 0132 Cody Holstine was thankfully my superintendent throughout the whole house building process! I could not have gotten luckier! Cody is extremely kind, takes his position very seriously, and does not stop working until you as the buyer are satisfied.
