Wonderfull pool and jacuzzi, personal was very kind, everything was crean and the food at the restaurant was good and prices were according to quality. I would definitivily come back.

Worst service ever. They let you book a room and when you arrive they tell you that they don’t have availability. The man from reception tells you I’m that you will have a room after one hour and after he leaves the receptionist tells you that what he said is not true. She woman in the morning starts to shout and goes all crazy because they keep apologising and not giving you a solution. Worst service in the history. They don’t have a manager or where to complain. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Relaxed place, the staff were all very polite and accommodating. The location feels isolated despite being so close to the airport, which is good and bad in certain respects. Pool, hot tub, gym, and a shuttle service to and from the airport. I ended up “trapped” here in Atlanta due to a cancelled flight, and Delta put me up here free of charge. A pleasant diversion despite what happened.

What a pleasant surprise! I elected to stay the night in Atlanta to receive compensation for an oversold flight. Delta Airlines provided accommodations at this hotel which I was a bit worried about. Upon arrival, I found the staff to be very welcoming and the hotel to be very clean. I was expecting an old run down junky hotel but this place exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel.
