Should be 5 stars because I chose this hotel to enjoy the hot tub and it was broken my entire stay! The hot shower water also takes a while to kick in but SHAUN at the front desk made up for everything. SHAUN was so helpful and kind. I was shocked to hear he was fairly new. ..All of the staff members were pleasant and helpful . The staff made up for the deficiencies of the hotel.

The hot tub was a cold tub and we had to get someone to turn the heat on. Must take a long time to heat because it was still cold when we got out a hour later. The tv in the room wouldn’t work and we were told we’d have to wait to get a person to come look at it. Waited 45 mins and no one came. Also had one Kleenex in the box. What the heck Sonesta?! Then when I spoke to the desk about all this, they have to wait for management to review the issues. To top it all off they tried to charge for parking in their own lot!!

Not answering the phone that’s kind of a red flag then they have a voicemail that’s all filled up. That’s another red flag. They need to sort that out as long as they don’t charge for parking no hotel ever should charge for parking.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this property and honestly shocked it didn't have a higher rating! Beautiful lobby, wonderful staff, great room, comfortable bed and pillows. Peaceful location that backs up to trees. Great airport shuttle service. For the price I would absolutely stay here because you won't get much different at other similar hotels that charge twice as much.

I was there Saturday and Sunday, the bar was not open, they don't have any alcohol. I wished they mentioned on line because we would had never stayed there. The staff was very nice and the rooms where we clean. Thank you
