Had a great experience overall. A big shout out and thank you to Muhammed, who was exceptionally professional and allowed me to change rooms after I expressed some concerns that I had.
The customer service at the hotel was top notch! I had a serious problem with delta and they rectified the situation with this hotel and restaurant. I had an amazing experience. The burger place was great and Delroy was fantastic!
Quinton was our shuttle driver tonight and he was extremely helpful. Hotel is very nice and has a restaurant/bar that is open late.
We picked this hotel because they had the earliest shuttles to the airport (delta messed up and had to reschedule our second flight, so we came with vouchers). Staff was spectacular. It's definitely an older building but better than a lot of places I've stayed in. The hotel restaurant - a burger place - certainly had hotel pricing, but it was tasty and covered by the vouchers from the airline. Honestly I'd consider staying here more often if I had to come to Atlanta.
