I visited Sonesta Atlanta North for my high school’s 50th reunion this weekend. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting Derrick Rainey at the front desk. Derrick was very welcoming, friendly and made my experience one to remember. Derrick is truly an asset for your hotel. Kudos to Derrick Rainey for outstanding customer service.
HORRIBLE !!! Booked this thru Expedia … got there Sept 18th to check in around 6pm & not even 5 steps into the hotel & the power went out ….?DISGUSTED IMMEDIATELY! The front desk had no sense of urgency to let the guest know what was going on ! Then had a nerve to send an email to tell me they couldn’t accommodate my booking of course yall can’t …. If I could give a zero I would !
the place was great, nearby the airport. me and my girlfriend took a red eye flight and booked this place last minute and the front desk guy named Derek was so generous and kind. thank you derek!
