I submitted an appointment request 4 days ago, and have not heard from anyone yet. I’ve tried calling the number provided multiple times and no one answers the phone. Not even sure if this business is operational anymore, which is sad because I’m new to the area and have so far found it difficult to find a reputable black hair stylist... the options seems limited
I left a voicemail being as detailed as possible just like they asked, I texted and called both numbers that’s posted on google and their website and nobody answered. They said they usually respond within a day and it’s been 2 weeks. I even tried booking an appointment online through their website and Facebook and still nothing. Disappointing.
The dates and times posted on the website and the door are suggestions. I called and actually visited the location. No one returned my call (I left a voicemail 5 days ago) and no one was present at the location during the dates and times posted on the door. This is a poor way to run a business and actually reduces the number of viable clients received while also increasing the negative word of mouth about the business.
