RecommendedExceptional customer service and great orthodontist....... the receptionist are very nice and informative, they are intuned about the care of each patient and the cost associated with the services needed. Sometimes it’s not the price but the service. I would recommend Biggs-Hansen Orthodontics, they are all great and have great service overall.
I was a patient many years ago. I was there for most of my childhood into my teenage years. I’m in my late 20s now and I love the results of all those years in the chair. Totally worth two sets of braces and major oral surgery. Highly recommended.
Dr. Biggs is fabulous! He did my orthodontics when I was in my 40’s and I recommended him to for my granddaughter. She now has a beautiful smile too! I can not recommend Dr. Biggs highly enough.
We drove from Columbus to see these doctors and they were worth the drive! Excellent, coordinated care with compassion. My son tends to be very nervous and emotional with dentists and their staff was great. They were able to have a non invasive (aka no teeth pulling!) intervention for my son which set him up for success well into teen/adulthood. We are having a great experience with Dr Biggs-Hansen!! I have a daughter with special need and they have been great with her thru the process of having a expander put in and retainer. The staff is very kind and nice. We love them🙌🏼
BHO has been fabulous with helping my daughter’s smile match her beautiful personality. We just moved to Indy this summer from IL, and our dentist flagged my concerns right away and agreed that my daughter’s teeth weren’t growing in because they had run out of space. BHO got us in right away and walked us through every step of the process. My daughter loves coming here! Her baby sister even begs to come with because the office and staff are so fun. We feel truly blessed to have found BHO.
My daughter has been a patient for a few years now and we have been very pleased. Almost time for my next daughter to go see them.
