The whole experience was enjoyable. The site manager made the booking process and check in seamless, easy and very personable. He was very friendly. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was clean and had some of the basics available like shampoo and conditioner. The property itself outside was clean and maintained as well. It was conveniently located a short walk from where we were going to see a concert. Located in Church- Wellesley village which was a very lovely, lively, welcoming lgbtq neighborhood.
Check in wasn’t easy because I didn’t get the codes. But after I called the person I got the codes and got in my room. But it took time and it wasn’t easy to find the hotel. No name at the front door
Stayed the weekend of May 8-12 for my 59th birthday. Harley is the best. He was right there to greet and check us in. Place is lovely and nice and clean. Get the room at the top! Well worth it. Everything is within walking distance. Had a fabulous weekend. Would definitely stay there again.
LaTumu is amazing! Customer service is outstanding, plus it's a perfect spot to move around downtown! I highly recommend!
