Location is great, my room was dusty and dark and people were passing by my window when it was open throughout the night which made it a bit weird but it was safe for a solo girl to stay there and Harley was very welcoming.
The manager was very good. It's an old manor house. We had an issue with the shower not draining. He came right away and fixed it. Right across from the subway station.
Harley went above and beyond, providing excellent service despite the less than ideal weather conditions. He is very dependable and really accommodating. He truly keeps this place running--I would be more than happy to book another stay here.
