I had a great stay here! The room was very clean, and the overall place was very cute. There were locks on the outside and code access into rooms, which made it feel safer. Harley, the property manager, was extremely understanding and kind despite our check in time having to be delayed. He was very pleasant to speak with and very attentive to making sure all of his customers enjoyed their experience. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Toronto
3.5/5! Great location, perfect if you love nightlife and wonderful for solo trips. I was in 304 and Harley was wonderful and so helpful. It's not a luxury hotel but it's cute and if you're just needing a place to sleep it's perfect. I was out and about most of the time and the room was quite small so definitely tight if you're more than one person. I stayed 2 Nights here byfar the best place I've stayed in so far. The staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was clean and well decorated overall a wonderful place to stay. Had a wonderful stay here and for sure will be returning.
The gentleman that helped us was named Harley, a real nice guy and very understanding. The bad reviews that are on this place are to be looked at closely because there not even for this place, this place isn't a 2 star hotel more like a 4 star depending on the room you get. Location is hard to find but once your there it's nice and cozy, lots of shopping and eating places near by. Would definitely recommend for the price and availability.
Excellent stay! Harvey was so helpful, with easy and clear instructions for check-in, always offered assistance, was super helpful and kind. Room was clean and comfortable with ensuite bathroom, all the amenities you need for a short stay in the city. The location 10/10 across the street from Wellsley subway Station, corner of Yonge Street and steps away from all the best food, coffee and bubble tea option.
