3 weeks after the stay they have not refunded my security deposit. I have enquired multiple times. The con artists! Holding onto peoples money. Rooms were ok, lack of mirrors. But lack of accountability of thought if its customers avoid! 8 weeks later and still no communication or recieved our security deposit returned.
Stayed for a birthday weekend for my girlfriend’s birthday. Room is nicely appointed but craftsmanship could use some work. All amenities were great. Location is perfect for walking around campus martius and river walk. Parking is very close. Communication with management is very open and makes everything very easy for check in/out. All in all I would definitely stay here again.
My studio was beautiful! Very spacious with everything you need. Great location, quiet, and clean all around. I will stay here again when I’m back .
So close to Ford Field and Comerica Park. Parking was a great price and very comvienent. Room had shades that dropped down and a sound machine!! I know it's the little things, but really being dark and having white noise was important.
Parking is across the street, a garage, very convenient. Directions to enter the building and your unit are easy to follow. The unit was roomy and very clean.
