Ben and the Kasa staff were great. He gave great restaurant recommendations. The virtual Kasa staff always checked in. The location was perfect. I was happy that I was able to walk most places. I would stay there again. It was nice to have peace and quiet. My first time in Detroit was memorable.
Excellent customer service, clean and modern.
Beware!!!!!! Upon arrival I was unable to get the self check-in system to work properly even with the assistance of the security guard. Thus, I was unable to stay and had to get a hotel room elsewhere. However, this disgraceful property charged me anyway and not only did not refund me for being unable to check in even with the assistance of the security guard but fought my bank when I disputed it so I ended up having to pay in full regardless. What a great experience. I was looking for a downtown location for a work event that I was attending. I came across this location and let me tell you how delighted I was to be here. You can literally just walk out your front door and be next to everything you're right in the heart of downtown what a great place to stay if it's your first time in Detroit to really soak it all in. This hotel is beautiful the staff was fantastic and so helpful my family loved it here the deck is so nice to sit and be in nature I brought my dog who enjoyed the access to the tart trail and all the friendly people who pet her the view of the bay alone was worth it and the room was so clean and prestigious we will be back cant wait to check out some of the other Kasa locations
