We paid for our hotel room and were under the impression that the environment would be safe and well maintained. Upon arriving to the hotel, there was a fight that broke out in front of the entrance of the hotel. A group of people got into an altercation with police officers, and it was an all-out brawl. Very cool spot. Room had a gorgeous view with big windows overlooking the Wayne County Building. Waters and snacks waiting. Laundry facilities in unit came in handy. Walking distance to Comerica and bars/restaurants downtown. Cool experience at a great rate!
Cleaning the room daily should not be extra
Good accommodation Noise levels from the street are high, especially if you have not lived in a city. The hotel supplied me with ear buds and an eye mask, which helped with sleep. The place is centrally located, walking distance for many things like Jimmy Johns subs, CVS, small market places to buy food cheap and the 7-11 at the bottom of the building I thought the virtual customer service was fine, they answered the call right away, I was told that the daily security is from 9 - 11 PM and the weekends they have 24 hour secu... read more
Would stay here again! It was a great location for our concert at the Fillmore.
