I had a wonderful stay at Kasa and would absolutely stay here again. The room was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was ready when I arrived, and the space looked just like the photos, which is always appreciated. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Great little place right in the heart of the gaslamp quarter. Room (#24) was surprisingly quiet considering it is above a club. Bed was a full/queen. Would look into reserving it again. You walk out the entrance and your surrounded by everything. Seaport is a 12 minute walk.
Avoid at all costs. Zero soundproofing makes the room unusable. Forced to check out early and incur double cost of stay - there’s nothing Kasa would do to remedy.
