We recently stayed here and had a very mixed experience. The apartment itself was awesome — clean, stylish, and exactly what we expected. I’d easily give the unit itself a 5/5. Unfortunately, the couch mattress was basically springs covered by a thin layer of fabric — extremely uncomfortable. Maintenance did bring a nice topper, which we appreciated, but once it was added the couch would no longer close properly, creating another inconvenience. The room itself was fine, but be warned that this hotel is directly above a nightclub. I was on the 4th floor which was not too bad, but there is no way I would have been able to fall asleep on the first few floors. The entrance is rather grimy, sticky floors, smells like a poorly run nightclub. Woke up to a pile of barf in the elevator only to realize that half the stairs were blocked by discarded furniture and dead mini fridge. Overall, it feels like they do the absolute bare minimum here.

The front doors are not secured. No code is required to enter the building people just come and go as they please. The place is filthy. It’s looks nothing like pictures online. There is a huge gap in the front door and none of the doors have dead bolts. It didn’t seem safe and the quality of the room is that of a cheap model. I reached out to Kasa and nothing has been fixed. They are refusing to issue a refund for even just one of the four days that we are here. Avoid at all costs. Loud, noisy rooms, due to location above two late night bars. Rooms not very clean. Service is via an AI bot that eventually forwards your message to a person. It took more than 48 hours to get hot water for a shower. No cleaning service (stayed 6 days). Issues with smoke/fire alarm system (not up to local regulations).
