When we entered the room, it was not ready for us. The floor was still wet, and there were visible stains and dirt throughout the flooring. The nonstick pot has lots of scratches, the elevator is broken. The hot water kettle is broken and the host did not replace it even after 5 days. The air conditioning unit is very noisy, keep waking our family at night. The sofa bed is not working well, difficult to sleep. Overpriced for the quality of it.

My girlfriend and I were very pleased with our stay. We would choose this place over any hotel. Everything in the Gaslamp district is within walking distance, making it the perfect location to explore. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here. 5 out of 5 stars!
