It's a terrible hotel I don't want to stay in again. There have never been days when things have been properly cleaned. I feel like my vacuum cleaner doesn't run and I've cleaned my hair in the bathroom every day.
No onsite support at night. All customer service is through a useless chat bot app. If the door mechanism fails and it’s late at night, you will wait for an hour for security to come unlock it. Truly a stupid concept for a “modern” hotel. Room was OK though.
This hotel is excellent. After reading negative reviews I was a bit worried but they don’t reflect the experience I had. You won’t get anything like this for the price in Manhattan. Positives: - the front desk was excellent (shout out to Megan, who got us into our room early and was super friendly throughout) - walkability to restaurants was great - the room was extremely spacious, clean, and had great views - common areas were great, with a Keurig and water, plates, cups, and plastic wear (for hosting people) - luggage lock... read more
