I booked my stay here but they cancelled my reservation due their internal problems. I paid the full amount and they did not refund my money. No email contact, no response. I suspect they are scammers :/
Cancel by booking right before I arrived to the hotel, however I paid all amount. I was shocked and had to book another one, which is more expensive. Hope Sonder will return my money back, disgusting behaviour.
2 weeks before stay they cancelled my booking becouse they no longer work with marriott. Now i have to rebook it for a much higher price and they did not refound my $1900 yet. No answer to emails and live chat is not working anymore. Pure scammers!!!!
