Came here for a holiday at NYC . Already paid for the rooms but the catch was we weren't informed that we had to pay an extra $35 per night. Horrible explanation , would be understanding if we were told before booking but its been placed already so we just proceeded to pay an extra $35 per night we were staying.

Do not stay here! Mold on ceiling walls, there is no actual blanket they give you a cover sheet as a blanket, and bed feels like we’re sleeping on a box spring. If you don’t want to be extremely uncomfortable I would advise you to not book this hotel horrible.

Had such a great experience at the Dutch Hotel mainly due to the service. Naveen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t say the beds were the comfiest but want to shout out the team there for providing exceptional service and going above and beyond!

We got a nice experience. I honestly don’t remember the name of our receptionist, it was a really nice guy I think Nahir.

Terrible place, avoid at all costs. Impossible to check in, and after the staff member finally let me in, the room was dirty, duvet was ripped up, broken furniture, and no hot water in the shower. This place is a total scam. Also tried to get a refund through Priceline and the company did not give a crap.
