Book anywhere but here. This hotel is a joke. They don't have anyone manning the front desk, so you're locked out by default. If you try calling them for support, they'll give you the classic run around and won't help you.

무책임한 운영에 매우 실망. 미리 예약하고 방문했는데 방은 구경조차 못한 채 로비에서 오랜 시간 기다리기만 하다가 결국 급하게 다른 호텔로 이동했습니다. 저뿐만 아니라 다른 예약자들도 체크인만 하염없이 기다리다가 황당해하며 하나둘 떠나는 상황이었습니다. 객실이 없는 상태에서도 일단 예약을 받고, 이후 문제는 손님들이 알아서 해결하라는 느낌을 받았습니다. 체크인을 하기위해 호텔에 전화했더니 다른 담당자 번호를 안내했고, 그 담당자는 또 다른 번호를 줬는데 그 번호는 아예 없는 번호였습니다. 별 한개는 호텔 예약 사기에 대한 경각심을 주신것에 대한 감사함입니다. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable experience at Dutch Hotel Long Island City. We had a confirmed reservation from April 15 to April 19, 2026, but upon arrival shortly before 7:00 PM, the code provided by the hotel to access the room simply did not work. From that moment, a nightmare lasting several hours began. Never Stay This Hotel. I booked a 4-night stay (4/18–4/22) at this property specifically for a work trip, relying on their advertised "Free Wi-Fi." This turned out to be a blatant case of false advertising. The internet was down for the duration of my stay. As a business traveler, this rendered the room completely useless. Furthermore, there is no proper management or reception on-site. When a crisis occurs or basic amenities fail, there is no one there to help you.
