Booked this place at 9pm did not receive a code to get in the building until after midnight. I called at 11 and they said I had no reservation, so I called and cancelled through the 3rd party I booked with. They said they would contact them and let them know. They refused to give me my money back. Did they expect me to stand on a sketchy street corner for over an hour until they figured it out. Overall a terrible experience. 1. No front desk, no assistance and no way to communicate with hotel staff 2. No WiFi, tv doesn’t work because of it 3. TERRIBLE hygiene. Blood stain on pillows, they tried to cover it with pillow case but we still saw them. Dirt stain on sheets. Duvet and duvet cover were not put together. We have to put them in. Chair is covered with dust. 4. ZERO sound proof on the walls. And AC is sooo loud even in quiet mode. We basically have to choose a warm room or a loud AC while sleeping.
Terrible sound proof. You can hear everything even the sound of bird chirping. didn't sleep the while night. Horrible hygiene we found blood stain on our pillow. It's almost impossible to find assistance because they don't have a front desk. No WiFi. Overall would highly recommend anyone stay away from this property.
I paid for a room, attempted to check in, was told by the hotel's check-in line that no room was available, I received no accommodation, and then the hotel refused to approve a refund. A hotel should not accept payment, fail to provide a room, and then not give a refund. I would not trust this property with a prepaid booking. Because this remains unresolved, I am now filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and consumer-protection agencies.
