I was really looking forward to staying here and was really impressed when we first got to the room. But we got there on a Saturday which is a very noisy night in Savannah. The windows really need to be replaced and soundproofed. There were very loud motorcycles driving up and down the street at all hours. They would not let us check in early, but for a cost they would've. Very disappointed. There also isn't any loading or unloading zones for us to drop off baggage. The AC also doesn't seem to be what it's set at. Very warm. Use the earplugs, it's a very busy street, especially on the weekends.
We made reservations and never received instructions on how to get in. I filled all the documentation and then realized that you have to park two blocks from the apartment. We were checking in at 11:30pm and got a cancellation notice at 11pm via email. No one called to explain. I spent an hour with a chat support that had no idea the reservation got cancelled. I wanted to warn all the pet owners about this “pet friendly” Airbnb/hotel. We booked on Airbnb two month in advance for our stay in Savannah. We told them we had two ESA dogs and three guests before booking. They said that it was all good and that we were good to book. About 4 days before our check in, they said we were not allowed to leave our dogs in the room unattended and that they had to be with us at all times.
