Estuvimos en Miami un par de días hace un par de semanas . Y quiero escribir una reseña para agradecer a Sabrina su profesionalidad, amabilidad y empatía. Llegamos 8 personas y nos asignaron una habitaciones que no correspondían con las reservadas. Ella nos solucionó el problema, hizo todo lo posible para que tuviéramos las habitaciones y estuviésemos cómodos. Además nos recomendó que hacer y que ver para que aprovecháramos el tiempo. They charge an unexpected service fee of $35 per night so don’t take the quote on booking.com or wherever your booking through as the final price. Complete scam and poor service. Beds weren’t made. Most shocking service to be charged such an extortionate charge.
Amazing place, we stayed here for 5 days and everything was great. Clean rooms, clean pool, and amazing service at the reception. I highly recommend it as a hotel in Miami Beach. It’s very close to the beach too and also to many amazing restaurants and bars. Surprised with the recent reviews as we didn’t experience anything bad at all. Great place!!
The place is amazing! The staff was friendly, rooms are clean, the pool looks great and is also very close to the beach. The hotel really was worthy. For sure I will go again for a next trip. Don’t be scared of the bad reviews because actually the place is great.
The only positive thing is the location. This is the 2nd time we’ve visited this location. This time, it’s new ownership, and every “amenity” they offer is closed. The bar is no longer available, the rooftop deck is closed, and the construction first thing in the morning isn’t ideal either. They no longer have security at the front entrance either.
