We had a fantastic experience! The room was wonderful, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to Eldrys. She was incredibly sweet and accommodating, making our stay before our cruise even more enjoyable. Her kindness and attentiveness truly stood out. The entire staff was great. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

So parking is a racket in this area. If you are driving, be advised they shut down main roads and side streets every night from 6pm-6am…. We were not told this by the hotel and how to even access the hotel since all roads were blocked. Front desk staff not helpful as they didn’t give simple details. Never found ice machine. No phones in the room so that is a huge safety problem. Balcony door has unique lock, which we weren’t told about until we asked. Balcony a bit dirty . The location is good, but the room itself is subpar. The room code doesn’t work the next day. What’s worst and unacceptable is that the noise from the floor above you. You can literally hear every footstep from the room above you, worse than living in a basement. I don’t think they put in any effort to minimize the noise transfer between floors at all. It is quite a disappointing experience. Although their rate is reasonable, but I can’t justify the value. You can probably get better sleep for somewhere else for the same rat... read more

Recently stayed for a night, and I find myself a bit torn on how to rate my experience. We were looking for a budget-friendly option and snagged a great deal using a gift card on Airbnb, which definitely helped set the right expectations. First off, I have to commend the staff.
