They cancelled our reservation not even 24 hours before our check in. Terrible experience and terrible customer service from booking.com.
Frechheit! 2 Wochen vor dem Urlaub wird uns das Zimmer storniert. Vor 2 Wochen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es einen Besitzer (und damit auch Hotelnamen) Wechsel gibt aber die bestehenden Buchungen übernommen werden. Jetzt, 2 Wochen vor Urlaub, erfahren wir auf Nachfrage, dass die Reservierung nicht mehr gilt, weil man nun auch noch renovieren möchte. La verdad muy decepcionado con el Hotel, ya que me cancelaron la reserva que tenía paga sin si quiera avisar. Imagino que no es culpa de la nueva administración, pero si deberian hacerse cargo
Do not stay here!! We arrived late at night into Miami after travelling from the UK to find the hotel had cancelled our booking made 4 months prior with no prior communication or warning and left us stranded late at night with no alternative. They didn’t refund us until after our trip and we had to book somewhere else double the cost. They have awful customer service and are refusing to help or offer any compensation despite this being the fault of the hotel.
a few months ago I booked a vacation at the Sonder the Deco hotel. now I found out that my reservation was canceled and I have to contact the new owner, who I have not received contact details for. can anyone help me? is there a telephone number to contact the hotel? is this hotel open? is it currently under renovation? should I give up on this hotel and look for a new one? thanks for any suggestions.
