We had a wonderful stay at the Kenmore Hotel in Miami Beach! The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Sabrina, who truly went above and beyond to make us feel cared for. She not only helped us carry and transport our luggage to the room (and we had quite a lot!) but also made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Thanks to her kindness and attention, we felt genuinely looked after and welcomed. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back!
