I would not stay again. No elevator. No service. No food. No windows. Even the coffee shop downstairs wasn’t open in the morning. No luggage storage onsite. They didn’t update my codes for early check in so I had to wait in the hallway and swelter in the heat until they fixed it. Not worth 350 per night.
It’s incredibly small. The sink is in the room, outside de washroom. It’s so tiny that I could literally hear everything that my partner was doing in the bathroom, no privacy at all. For the price, it’s just too small. There is no reception or parking lot. It was clean tho and the location is excellent.
Easy check-in with codes. Room was clean and good for a one night stay. Location is great for walking to any nearby activities.
What a ridiculous place. Their one and only way to check-in is via their digital process and it had a technical issue. We were on the line to solve it, but the person on the phone couldn’t do anything, saying they’d reach out to some support and get back to us. Then he ghosted us. Waited for over 2 hours and then we called again, the another agent solved the problem. We ended up checking in after 10pm. No follow up, no compensation, no support. Location is fantastic, Davines toiletries are lovely and the bed is comfortable. The lack of a real window is definitely weird. The room is small but I knew it would be. Completely “okay” place to stay if you’re just one person and just need a place to crash for one night!
