The only thing going for it, the location was amazing, I'll give it that. Right on Queen Street in the thick of it, within walking distance of Queen East and Queen West up to Chinatown and Kensington market and down towards the CN tower. Basically all the tourists spots. Now for the biggest complaint.... The advertised beautiful rooftop bar patio was out of commission. It was one of the main reasons I booked the room. We booked the studio for a 2-night getaway. Small, yes—but it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, modern, and just minutes from everything. I can’t say enough about the entire team and their excellent communication. They were prompt, helpful, and responsive before, during, and after our stay. They even kept our luggage for more than 10 hours after checkout, which was incredibly helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this boutique hotel!
This hotel is such an ideal location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Just what we needed for a stay in central Toronto - highly recommend!!
