My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at the Beverley Hotel and they went above and beyond to make our experience special. In our upgraded room they had wine and a card waiting for us that included gift cards to the good behaviour which is attached to the hotel (can’t wait to use those). Unfortunately, I woke up the next morning with a stomach bug and although check out was at 10 they gave us a late check out to accommodate our situation. Room was quite small, but clean and cozy. Good service, but my only complaint is the bathroom. No seal on the door (that opens both out and in) and no lip at the bottom means that water WILL spill out on to the tile where the toilet is whenever you shower. Make sure you set a towel down ahead of time unless you want to get wet feet whenever you use the toilet. Other than that, it's a great location with lots of nearby activities available and is easily accessible by public transit (only 2 minutes away from the TTC)

The staff at the Beverly Hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful. RJ and Ruby, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved quickly and smoothly when we faced a small issue. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference and turned what could have been a stressful moment into a positive experience. Thank you to the entire team for such outstanding service.
