Very disappointing experience at The Beverly. I expected a much better standard of service and overall experience. Dirty rooms, terrible customer service. They nickle and dime you too. Unfortunately, my visit fell short of expectations, and I left feeling that it was not worth the money.

Great place to stay, great location. All the staff were super friendly and helpful . The room was clean and compact, and had everything we needed .

The elevator is broken, but they are sure it will be working next time. They carried my bag since 4th floor was tough. Very small, hostel-like room but nicely done. Small fridge. No microwave but they said I could use the one in the office. Coffee, kettle, private shower, sink, toilet. Bed is comfortable! Feels fresh. Amazing location, amazing price. No parking.

Room was so small that the bed was positioned sideways up against the wall. The floor needed vacuuming under the bed. So much dust triggered asthma. The photos did not depict the room we stayed in. There was nowhere to open 2 suitcases comfortably. Saturday night music was extra loud until 2am.
