Service and room was okay, but I’m pretty sure they stole my AirPods. I had left them on the bed during the day and when I came back later that day, they were nowhere to be found. Since I was leaving in a hurry, I did not have time to go look for them. The find my app said they are somewhere 2 and a half hour walk from the hotel. Safe to say I did not go there since I was on foot. Very disappointed by that because the rest of the experience was great.
Cute little hotel with a lot of storage space! Staff is amazing and arranged for flowers and wine to be available in the room upon arrival for us newly weds! They gifted us with a giftcard and wrote a personal note congratulating us! Perfect location for restaurants and just a 15min walk to the Blue Jays game.
Arrived before check in, called the number, and they came right down to let me in. Took our bags, gave us a tag, and secured our bags in our room. The room is a little small, but perfectly fine since you shouldn't be spending much time in there anyways with all of Toronto to explore. The one complaint we had is that the bathroom door is a sliding door. It's not secure at all. There is no fan in there either. If someone is taking a dump in the toilet, you will be able to smell it.
The rooms are small but the staff is very nice and the location is wonderful.
