My room was immaculately kept, with a sound machine in case I needed it to sleep and drown our other noise. But it was quiet. I enjoyed the vintage restored decor. My shower didn't have a door, some water got on the floor. And the room is very small with only a bar to hang clothes. But it was an easy walk to SDCC and perfect for what I needed. I was very comfortable in my room while I was there.
Amazing cozy room, with perfect location. Access to amazing cafes just around the block. Staff is very polite & helpful.
Good location and price BUT the plumbing is so loud to the point that it can affect sleep and peace. Using the shower or toilet in your room or if someone in adjacent rooms uses the plumbing creates a loud whining noise. The volume is akin to construction happening right outside the window. SO LOUD.
No front desk its all virtual and the check in process saves your biometric data no way to opt out which is BS. Also no parking at all. any complaints or modifications either you call a call center and waste half an hour to write an email never booking again.
A very clean hotel in a good location for getting around San Diego—not far from the station or the airport—with a comfortable bed; for any issues, there is 24-hour support via messaging, with very quick responses.
