Great location and spacious rooms! The hotel has a beautiful ambiance to it. Definitely worth a stay. I also love how they provide lockers to Store your stuff for people traveling and flying in early arriving before check-in, was very convenient.

If you’re going to have a virtual concierge, make sure it works. It sucks to travel all day and then not be able to check in. You’ll also be lucky if you get a hot shower. Warm water lasted about 1 minute each time then got cold. It’s also very noisy. Cute decor is the best thing about this place.

I stayed at Davis Downtown San Diego and was overall disappointed. The hotel feels old and outdated, with very small rooms and a bathroom that was in poor condition. I arrived in San Diego at 10:00 a.m. and learned that check-in was not until 4:00 p.m., but I was able to secure an early 3:30 p.m. check-in after messaging the property. Unfortunately, the process was clumsy, as the hotel relies on a virtual text service that was frustrating to use.
