Positiv: Lage, Online Checkin, helle, große Zimmer Negativ: Zimmer sehr dreckig, 4 Tage keine Reaktion auf Beschwerden, Personal an Rezeption Füße hoch und nur mit dem Handy beschäftigt. Die eigentlich neue Ausstattung wird schlecht gereinigt und gepflegt --> Rost, schimmlige Dichtungen, Duschtür undicht, Klopapierhalter funktionslos, alter Dreck sammelt sich in Ecken etc etc etc. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, Kühlschrank in einem Schrank eingebaut --> Wo soll die Abwärme denn nur hin, wenn die Schranktür zu ist? Todo fue un 10! Nos quedamos 16 días, la limpieza se hace cada 3 días. Lo único malo es que no tiene ni desayuno ni estacionamiento, pero la habitación es un lujo, todo IMPECABLE, y muuuuuuy bien ubicado
The Abbey was strategically located close to South Beach! The one block walk around the hotel was excellent for beach time, restaurants, deli's & drugstores! We stayed at a Sonder hotel in Detroit, MI, and loved it so much that we decided to book here in Miami Beach & will continue to book with Sonder!
Rodeo Drive fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sightseeing Busse und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Personal freundlich, Zimmer sehr sauber und Ausstattung auch top 👍
Julian was absolutely amazing. The room wasn't quite right for us, so he ordered an uber and booked us in at their sister hotel on Washington Av at no extra charge.
