My accommodations here were just cancelled 2 weeks before my bachelorette when I had this booked since January. I would not recommend Sonder to anyone unless you want to be screwed over
The worst concierge. Didn't get the check in info and the customer service don't respond the message overnight when its supposed to 24/7. I had to wait with my infant child outside under grilling sun for 30 mins. Our neighbor wasnt able to get in their room too so I got them talk to concierge over my phone.

Girls trip to Savannah. We stayed at Sonder on Ellis Street. The condo is secure and convenient to shopping, restaurants and river street. The condo is beautiful with everything you need. 3 bedrooms with king beds! And each has a private bath. One full bath in the hallway and a sleeper sofa in a room close to the living room. So 4 full baths !
House entrance door was permanently unlocked and the premises didn’t feel secure. Hallway and elevator did smell very bad and the bedroom didn’t have any windows which wasn’t shown on pictures. We left immediately and did not get a single night refunded.
