My reservation for a family trip was cancelled two weeks before the date via email, with no warning, no offer of a solution. I called and the customer service representative couldn't say anything more than "we are no longer operating this space and good luck" and basically ended the phone call.. The sleek website offers no help nor space for complaints.

Loved the location! It’s a nice hip neighborhood About a 10 min walk from civic centre station. Or a 10 min walk to Mission/16th st. Station. Loved the keyless entry because I always lose my keys.. definitely recommend!
Great location and decent rooms. Only thing to be aware of is there’s no central heating in the building. Space heaters are loud.
