If I could give zero stars I would. Stay here if you like to be scammed. I arrived and my room had not been cleaned and there was no air conditioning in peak summer. I could not get in contact with anyone related to the establishment and had to book a room at another hotel. 2 months later I’m still trying to coordinate with the company for my refund and they have ghosted me. Book at your own risk, or do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.

The hotel is supposed to provide a code to access the front door, the elevator, and the room. However, no working code was provided. Calling to get a code was horrible because the customer service representative was from another country, spoke too softly to be heard, was difficult to understand, and could not even provide directions to the hotel from a parking garage that was only two blocks away. This is not a 4 star hotel, that is a lie. No service, an absolute hassle checking in, Wifi not working, no hotel signage, their app not working leading me to have 3 duplicated charges when trying to check in, no room cleaning, opening the dishwasher to find dirty dishes and food in there which makes me question if the room was cleaned. Never staying here again. The location isn't bad I guess.
