Worth Noting Please ignore some of the reviews from early July. At that time, the hotel experienced a temporary hot water issue due to the extreme heat, and repairs were delayed because of the Independence Day holiday. The issue has now been resolved. Room We checked in at 4:00 PM. The front desk staff escorted us to our room, which was clean and ready upon arrival. Let me tell you the location is great & Even the hotel rooms is nice; but I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS AWFUL IN MY LIFETIME! I stayed here 7/1/26 - 7/6/2026 and the water heater broke on July 4th. There is no front desk or hotel staff accessible to patrons in the building...so getting customer support relies on you contacting your booking company /hotel staff by phone/email who conveniently have been outsourced to India . Was not able to check in. I let them know it would be a late check in, there's literally no staff upon arrival and every phone number for customer support did not work. The online check in did NOT give me any information for my door number nor my access code for the main entrance.

We stayed 7/3-7/6, during our entire stay there was no hot water. There’s no front desk on property and we contacted customer service informing them of this. We requested compensation and they refused to. For the amount we paid to stay here they could have dealt with the situation differently. We will not be returning. 0/5 would not recommend this property due to management’s behavior.

I’m usually not one to leave a review but my experience with the Court Square Hotel was so bad that I felt like I needed to. I was already in a bit of a bind considering my flight out of NYC had been cancelled 3 times so I was excited to find something that looked affordable but nice and had good reviews. I only needed to stay for one night, so I booked it.
