We were told they canceled our reservation due to them no longer doing business under that name and leaving atlanta but they still show rooms available online. Not happy at all
Avoid Sonder as a company at all costs! They cancelled my booking and now I can't even get my money back because they keep sendong me to Expedia and Expedia sends me back to Sonder.
avoid at al costs. save yourself money and hassle and go elsewhere. broken thermostat, no key card provided, couldn't access gym. was made to wait 30 mins for security to let me in but no one showed. customer service unhelpful and won't let you raise a complaint.
HOW TF ARE YOU GONNA LOCK US OUT ON THE STAIRS?! You cannot leave through out the stairs without getting locked out. Wife and I went out for a late night snack and had to go through a backrooms like adventure to find an escape. Luckily the nice and funny security lady helped us out. Rooms were also smelly and towels very course. No hot water for a good 10 minutes too.
So let me start by saying the penthouse we got was really cool as a whole, but there were some things that made the experience 2 star worthy. Cleanliness is a huge thing for us when staying somewhere. The sheets had brown stains and so did the bed itself. So we called to get new bedding and it didn't arive until we had already fell asleep.
