Very much enjoyed our stay at Solis. The apartment had everything that we needed and was furnished very nicely with very comfortable beds and linens. During our stay I needed to contact someone at Sonder and the response time and ability to help us out was very quick and very much appreciated. The building is very secure in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Great location with a variety of delicious food and interesting activities, plus that incredible view ! The beds were comfortable too.
Every time, a wonderful stay. Everything we need is there. Large kitchen, fridge, washer and dryer. Cool shops and restaurants. I will stay again
Everything was clean and just like it was pictured. Our dryer was not working, and that was one of the main reasons for my booking, but I was able to talk to Sender and come to a great resolution. Much appreciated. Excellent customer service.
Really bad experience. We booked an apartment specifically to have access to washing machine and clothes dryer. In arrival there is a sign stating that clothes dryer needs repair. Contacted the online chat who said they can’t do anything except downgrade is from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom. Not good enough Now need to waste time and money looking for a laundry service
